Dublin Bus introduced the City Imp route 121 on December 7th 1997. It ran from Parnell Square East to Drimnagh Road via Dame Street, Francis Street, Blackpitts, Clogher Road and Kildare Road. It partially replaced the 22A which last operated the day before.
