Go-Ahead Ireland began operation of this service on August 31st 2020. The NTA gave approval for these extra capacity school services to be introduced due to capacity constraints on buses due to COVID-19. They use former Dublin Bus AX's bought by Go-Ahead Ireland, designated 11701-11709. The 102C operates from Balgriffin (Cottages) to Sutton Park High School via Kinsealy, Malahide, Wendell Avenue, Portmarnock Community School, Baldoyle and Sutton Cross.
